Full-Time Automotive Technician

Role Overview

The Senior Automotive Technician diagnoses and repairs customer vehicles efficiently, adhering to MAP guidelines, dealership, manufacturer, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct multi-point inspections
• Perform repairs accurately
• Explain technical issues to customers and staff
• Recommend necessary services
• Maintain safety procedures
• Ensure all certifications are current
• Document all work appropriately

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one unexpired ASE or similar certification/experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work five days a week
• At least 18 years old

Compensation & Benefits

Salary ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 based on experience.
