Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is seeking an In-Home Associate Veterinarian in Plymouth, MA and surrounding areas.

About the Role

Join Lap of Love as a mobile veterinarian providing compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families. This role offers flexibility, support, and alignment with your values.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice and euthanasia care in clients' homes
• Build strong relationships with pet owners and their families
• Manage caseload efficiently, averaging 3-4 appointments per day
• Work independently with guidance from experienced mentors
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance

Qualifications

• Experience in hospice and euthanasia care preferred
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Ability to work some weekends

Pay

Compensation varies based on schedule structure, with 4-day positions starting at $107,500 and 5-day positions offering a base salary of $130,000, plus additional bonus opportunities.
