Full-Time Associate Dentist

About the Role

We are a well-established, patient-centered dental group seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our Raleigh, NC practice. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy and is ready to step into a practice with an established patient base, consistent daily volume, and comfort with Medicaid patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry including exams, restorative, extractions, and preventive care
• Develop and present treatment plans with a focus on patient education and case acceptance
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team in a well-equipped, organized practice environment
• Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and outstanding patient experience

Requirements

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
• 3-10 years of clinical experience in a general dentistry setting
• Strong foundation in restorative and comprehensive dentistry
• Proficiency in molar endodontics
• Comfortable performing surgical extractions
• Confidence in diagnosis, treatment planning, and case presentation
• Active or eligible NC dental license
• A team-first attitude and genuine passion for patient care
