FULL TIME ASSISTANT TEACHER 6m-12m & 12m-18m

About the role

We are looking for someone who loves to play and wants to be a part of children's growth and development while working alongside teammates to create the best possible education for toddlers. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to build bonds, spark curiosity, and help children grow through play, love, and learning.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for toddlers 12–18 months
• Plan and lead fun, engaging activities that support social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Guide infants in exploring the world through music, movement, stories, and hands-on play
• Support routines like mealtime, diapering, and nap time with kindness and care
• Foster strong relationships with parents and provide daily updates
• Collaborate with a team that values laughter, creativity, and teamwork

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old
• Experience in childcare
• High school diploma or GED (required)
• CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework, Associate's degree or higher, or comparable work history
• CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain
• Reliable, energetic, and ready to sing silly songs
• Lead teacher qualifications (meet one of the following):
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in early childhood education, education, or child/youth development
  • Child Development Associate Credential
  • High school diploma or GED with 1,500 verified hours of experience in organized group activities for young children
• 3+ years experience in classroom management preferred

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday.
