About the role

The assistant store manager plays a vital role in supporting the effective and efficient operation of an ALDI store. Reporting directly to the store manager, the assistant store manager oversees store operations to drive sales growth, control expenses, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong commitment to developing store personnel by fostering a positive and collaborative environment, upholding ALDI’s values, and adhering to established company policies and procedures.
