Full Time Assistant Manager - Visual - Icon Park

Responsibilities

• Aid the Chief Workshop Manager/GM in assigning daily tasks to associates and overseeing their work.
• Support the Chief Workshop Manager/GM in hiring and promoting staff, offering feedback and making recommendations.
• Lead and motivate your team during shifts, enforcing policies and standards, and addressing any violations promptly.
• Drive sales as Floor Leader by coaching associates, creating a Guest experience, and managing sales forecasts.
• Maintain brand standards by creating visually appealing displays and executing seasonal promotions.
• Manage inventory processes, including receiving, stocking, and conducting counts.
• Train and manage a team to ensure consistent visual standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of store management experience, preferably in specialty retail.
• A high school diploma, with a preferred associate's degree in business, management, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of common store technology solutions.
