Full Time Assistant Manager - San Tan Village

Responsibilities

• Aid the Chief Workshop Manager in assigning daily tasks to associates and overseeing their work.
• Support hiring and promotion decisions, offering feedback and making recommendations.
• Lead and motivate your team during shifts, enforcing policies and standards.
• Identify and report potential violations to the Chief Workshop Manager or District Manager.
• Recommend appropriate disciplinary actions and assist in delivering corrective measures.
• Drive sales as Floor Leader, coaching Bear Builders and fostering an engaging Guest experience.
• Create and maintain merchandising displays that align with brand standards.
• Exercise common sense and independent judgment to maintain operational efficiencies and resolve issues.
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and conducting counts.
• Build and develop a high-performing team that consistently delivers an exceptional Guest experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of store management experience in a customer-centric business, preferably in specialty retail.
• A high school diploma with basic knowledge of store technology solutions.
• Preferred qualifications include 2-4 years of store management experience and an associate’s degree in business, management, or a related field.

Working Environment

• Ability to work a typical retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Active retail store management requires the ability to sit, stand, and move around for at least eight hours a day.
• Work environments include indoor/outdoor malls, strip centers, and other retail locations.
