Responsibilities
- Aid the Chief Workshop Manager in assigning daily tasks to associates and overseeing their work.
- Support hiring and promotion decisions, offering feedback and making recommendations.
- Lead and motivate your team during shifts, enforcing policies and standards.
- Identify and report potential violations to the Chief Workshop Manager or District Manager.
- Recommend appropriate disciplinary actions and assist in delivering corrective measures.
- Drive sales as Floor Leader, coaching Bear Builders and fostering an engaging Guest experience.
- Create and maintain merchandising displays that align with brand standards.
- Exercise common sense and independent judgment to maintain operational efficiencies and resolve issues.
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and conducting counts.
- Build and develop a high-performing team that consistently delivers an exceptional Guest experience.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of store management experience in a customer-centric business, preferably in specialty retail.
- A high school diploma with basic knowledge of store technology solutions.
- Preferred qualifications include 2-4 years of store management experience and an associate’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
