Responsibilities
- Aid the Chief Workshop Manager in assigning daily tasks to associates and overseeing their work.
- Support hiring and promotion decisions, offering feedback and making recommendations.
- Lead and motivate your team during shifts, enforcing policies and standards.
- Identify and report any policy violations to the Chief Workshop Manager or District Manager.
- Recommend appropriate disciplinary actions and assist in implementing them.
- Drive sales as the Floor Leader, coaching Bear Builders and fostering a Guest experience.
- Create and maintain merchandising displays that align with brand standards.
- Exercise common sense and independent judgment to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory processes, including receiving, stocking, and conducting counts.
- Build and develop a high-performing team that consistently delivers an exceptional Guest experience.
Requirements
- Two years of store management experience, with a successful history in a customer-centric business, preferably in specialty retail.
- A high school diploma, with a basic understanding of store technology solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two to four years of store management experience, with a successful history in a customer-centric business, preferably in specialty retail.
- An associate’s or higher degree in business, management, or a related field.

Working Environment
- Ability to work a typical retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
