About the role

We’re looking for a Full-Time Assistant Manager to lead the loudest store in the mall. Your responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and developing a collaborative, passionate team. You’ll also provide leadership in operations, delegate effectively, and engage customers through promotions and social media.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and comp sales goals
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a team of high-performing associates
  • Create buzz and customer engagement through promotions and social media
  • Lead operations, including managing payroll, hours, and schedules
  • Communicate with retail leadership and HQ partners on trends and customer feedback
  • Run sales reports and use data to guide strategies
  • Messure and merchandise the store according to planograms and launch promotions on time

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Skills in communication, recruiting, operations, and team development
  • Able to navigate the store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes
