About the role

We’re looking for a Full-Time Assistant Manager who can lead our store and drive sales while building strong relationships with our customers and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and comp sales goals
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team
  • Create buzz and engage customers through promotions and social media
  • Operate the store efficiently, including managing payroll, hours, and schedules
  • Communicate with retail leadership and HQ partners on trends and customer feedback
  • Run sales reports and use data to guide strategies
  • Messure and merchandise the store effectively, launching promotions on time

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
  • Strong communication, recruiting, operations, and team development skills
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent, with a degree preferred
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, changing retail environment
  • Physical ability to navigate the store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes
