Full Time Assistant Director of Nursing - RN

As the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), you will oversee the best interests of the facility and the residents within the community you serve, utilizing your ideas and experience to mentor and develop staff while ensuring care and satisfaction for each resident. Responsibilities
- Manage training, development, and performance of staff to retain a motivated, professional workforce.
- Perform assessments and develop and implement appropriate plans of care based on residents’ needs.
- Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement, including customer satisfaction, safety and risk management, and strategic planning.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse, in good standing.
- Manager experience and skills preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay
$39.00 – $43.00 per hour.
