Full-Time Adult Psychologist

About the role

Expand Psychology is seeking full-time licensed psychologists to join our growing team across our Falls Church and Old Town Alexandria locations to support young adult, adult, and older adult populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality therapy services to adult clients
• Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Participate in consultation, supervision, and continuing education opportunities
• Pursue professional interests such as couples therapy, parent consultation, group therapy, or psychological assessment based on your expertise and goals

Requirements

• Psy.D. or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field from an APA-accredited institution
• Completion of an APA-accredited predoctoral internship
• Licensed or license-eligible psychologist in Virginia
• Demonstrated experience working with children and adolescents
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills

Schedule

Moderate caseload, typically consisting of approximately 20–25 direct client contact hours per week.
