Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist or route appropriately
- Support travel consultants with documentation, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Communicate professionally with clients and vendors via phone and email
- Monitor shared inboxes and ensure requests are addressed promptly
- Assist with urgent travel changes and time-sensitive requests
- Organize and maintain digital records in Google Workspace
- Prepare correspondence and internal documentation
- Gather data and assist with reporting
- Maintain organized office procedures and workflows
Qualifications
- Previous experience in administration, office support, customer service, or coordination
- Strong communication and professionalism on the phone and email
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under deadlines
- Comfortable learning new computer systems and processes
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Hospitality, call center, or travel industry experience
- Experience handling high-volume requests
- Experience with Outlook, Google Workspace, or CRM systems

Schedule
Full-time, in-office position. Business hours: Monday – Friday between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (shift scheduled within those hours).
