Full-Time Acute Care Nurse

Position: Registered Nurse Role Overview: Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care in a 107-bed acute care hospital. Key Responsibilities Assess and monitor patients to ensure their needs are met.Administer medications and IV therapies accurately and safely.Coordinate comprehensive care plans in collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams across emergency, surgical, medical-surgical, and specialty units.Document patient information thoroughly in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).Educate patients and families to promote understanding and support safe discharges.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.Support a community-focused, patient-centered culture, fostering a team-oriented environment. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure.Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.Excellent communication skills for patient and family education.Commitment to quality care and continuous professional growth.
