Full-Time - Accounting System Manager

About the role

The role involves leading Oracle Cloud Financials projects, focusing on strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization for finance and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage project activities and timelines for Oracle Cloud Financials engagements.
• Design and optimize finance and procurement processes within the Oracle Cloud ERP suite.
• Support package implementation and oversee client engagements from kickoff to delivery.
• Assist business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client presentations.
• Supervise and mentor project staff, ensuring high‑quality work and professional growth.
• Monitor engagement profitability and take corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum eight (8) years of experience with Oracle ERP solutions.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Relevant implementation experience, preferably having completed full Oracle Cloud Financials implementations as a Functional or Project Lead.
