About the role

The Director, Oracle Accounting Hub leads Oracle Cloud Financials projects, focusing on strategy, implementation, and ERP optimization for finance and procurement processes. The role involves managing project activities, designing processes, supporting package implementations, and supervising staff. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams for business development and ensuring engagement success while maintaining professional integrity are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Oracle Cloud ERP advisory engagements, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Support business development activities, including proposal development and client pursuit.
• Manage project teams, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to financial policies.
• Act with professionalism and integrity, fostering a respectful work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years' Oracle ERP experience, including two implementation cycles for Oracle Cloud Accounting Hub.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience as a Functional or Project Lead in Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Detailed understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP system concepts and modules.
• Ability to travel as needed and operate independently.
