About the role

This role oversees the operations, maintenance, and safety of our campus facilities and athletic fields.

Responsibilities

• Manage facility operations
• Direct capital improvement projects
• Lead the dedicated custodial and maintenance team
• Ensure safe learning environments for students and staff

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities management experience preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in HVAC, trade compliance, budget management, construction management, and staff leadership preferred

Schedule

This is a 12‑month position.
