Full-Time, 10 Month Health Room Nurse

Full-time, 10-month position at Dallastown Area Middle School beginning the 2026-2027 school year.

Schedule

• 7:15 a.m. – 3:15 p.m., 7.50 working hours with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
• Follows student attendance calendar (approximately 177 student days, mid-August through early June)
• Additional days may be arranged by supervisor
• Summer off (no pay periods July through August)
• Bi-weekly pay periods begin mid-September and continue through late June

Qualifications

• PA RN or LPN license required
• Exceptional communication skills
• Compassion for working with students and providing exceptional care
• Ability to work cooperatively with others
• Acceptable record of attendance

Responsibilities

• Provide care to students and staff who are ill or injured
• Administer medications according to district policy
