Full Stack Web Developer, Marketing
Deepgram is the leading platform underpinning the emerging trillion-dollar Voice AI economy, providing real-time APIs for speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and building production-grade voice agents at scale. More than 200,000 developers and 1,300+ organizations build voice offerings that are ‘Powered by Deepgram’, including Twilio, Cloudflare, Sierra, Decagon, Vapi, Daily, Cresta, Granola, and Jack in the Box. Deepgram’s voice-native foundation models are accessed through cloud APIs or as self-hosted and on-premises software, with unmatched accuracy, low latency, and cost efficiency.
Company Operating Rhythm
At Deepgram, we expect an AI-first mindset—AI use and comfort aren’t optional, they’re core to how we operate, innovate, and measure performance. Every team member who works at Deepgram is expected to actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools, and even build your own into your everyday work. We measure how effectively AI is applied to deliver results, and consistent, creative use of the latest AI capabilities is key to success here. Candidates should be comfortable adopting new models and modes quickly, integrating AI into their workflows, and continuously pushing the boundaries of what these technologies can do. Additionally, we move at the pace of AI. Change is rapid, and you can expect your day-to-day work to evolve just as quickly. This may not be the right role if you’re not excited to experiment, adapt, think on your feet, and learn constantly, or if you’re seeking something highly prescriptive with a traditional 9-to-5.
About The Role
Deepgram builds foundational voice AI and deepgram.com is where the world meets it. The site is our digital front door, showcasing our products, brand moments, and pricing information, and it drives the company's self-serve revenue. We're hiring a full stack web developer to own the site's code for the long haul. Deepgram.com is entering its next chapter with a full top-to-bottom refresh. You'll be the person who knows the site inside out, owning the repo, the architecture, the Sanity environments, and the QA bar—acting as the code-review gate for day-to-day page and content work. The team is small but scaling, and you will work on the Web team reporting into the Senior Web Manager, closely collaborating with product, marketing, sales, and external development partners. Most critically, as an AI company, you must be AI-native, using agents and AI tooling as your go-to in how you build, review, and QA. We aim to build a machine-first, voice-first site experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the deepgram.com codebase end to end — the Next.js application (front and back end), the GitHub repo, branching and CI/CD, and code review
- Optimize and maintain Sanity CMS architecture — schemas, the reusable module library, the staging and production environments, and publishing workflow
- Run the global design system, component library, Vercel platform, and spearhead AI integrations; experienced with global CSS systems
- Build and run the site's QA program — starting with a well-structured and scalable staging environment that keeps a marketing site launch-ready at all times
- Lead internationalization and localization efforts — language-locale URL and routing architecture, hreflang, and the path from i18n plumbing to localized (l10n) content
- Own technical SEO — site architecture, redirects, Core Web Vitals — with on-page SEO executed by content partners inside your review gate
- Ensure LLM discoverability (AEO) — the site's structured data, metadata, and content architecture must serve answer engines as well as people
- Develop technical infrastructure for experimentation — mechanisms to support the site's experimentation program
- Marketing Ops partnership — implementation of forms, gated content, and attribution instrumentation (GTM, GA4, HubSpot)
- Maintain cybersecurity posture — run routine safety audits across dependencies and scripts
- High-velocity shipping — ship complex site improvements and launch campaign pages in a product-driven atmosphere
- AI-native workflow — use agents in your daily build process and create tooling for safe marketing publishing
Requirements
- Marketing web development background — ownership of marketing sites, not just product surfaces
- Enterprise repository ownership: branching strategy, CI/CD, and a strong code-review culture
- Headless CMS architecture — Next.js with Sanity strongly preferred
- Modern React ecosystem for the web
- Vercel as a production platform
- AI-native development — ability to demonstrate concrete use of AI agents and tooling in your workflow
- High level of ownership & accountability — a hand raiser who’s ready to join an ambitious team and company
- Technical leadership — directing or reviewing the work of agency developers
Qualifications
- Prior experience with internationalization (i18n/l10n): URL architecture, locale routing, and multi-region infrastructure
- Familiarity with A/B testing on production marketing sites
- Interest in voice AI and the future of voice-interactive web experiences
