About the Role

DICE Academy, a leading educational institution in South/East/West Delhi, is seeking a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team as a Faculty/Mentor. In this role, you will deliver high-quality instruction, guide students through hands-on projects, and provide mentorship to help them achieve their career goals in the tech industry.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lectures, workshops, and lab sessions on topics including HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, databases, and server-side programming.
  • Develop and update curriculum to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Guide students through real-world projects, providing feedback and support.
  • Mentor students to help them overcome challenges and achieve their career aspirations.
  • Engage with students to foster a dynamic and supportive learning environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance teaching materials and methods.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js.
  • Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and server-side languages (Python, Java, Ruby).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse learners.
  • Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience is highly desirable.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
