Full Stack Software Engineer III

Work you'll do

• Lead development teams in delivering technical solutions using software development life cycle methodologies, including Scrum and Agile
• Design, develop, and enhance software systems and custom components using modern development tools and frameworks
• Analyze user requirements, system flows, data usage, and performance standards to define technical designs and identify problem areas
• Integrate existing software into new or modified systems and develop and execute test procedures for software components
• Plan, track, and manage deliverables across short-term sprints and long-term software deployments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or Management Information Systems
• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience
• 5+ years of experience with Modern Full Stack languages (Java, Python, React, Angular, etc.)
• Experience orchestrating in cloud and/or serverless environments
• Experience with Relational and Non-relational DBs (Postgres, SQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.)
• Ability to travel 15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Our Engineering as a Service offering provides end-to-end design, implementation, and technology operations, leveraging our core engineering expertise. We help transform engineering teams, modernize technology, and deliver complex programs with a product engineering mindset. Our flexible delivery models—traditional teams, pools, or pods—are tailored for each client's needs, offering engineering-led Advise, Implement, and Operate capabilities to accelerate innovation.

Wage Range

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,000 to $218,300.
