for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for Overview (maybe not needed as heading?), Position Summary, Duties And Responsibilities, Skills & Proficiencies, Education And Experience. Also maybe "Business Title" etc but those are metadata; we can fold minor metadata into a short

under maybe an "Overview" heading? But we should not create a heading unless there is real specific content. We could have a heading "Overview" with location etc. However the instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Those are examples but not limited? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use those headings when appropriate. For this posting, we have sections like "Position Summary" (could map to About the role), "Duties And Responsibilities" (Responsibilities), "Skills & Proficiencies" (Skills), "Education And Experience" (Qualifications). Also maybe "Overview" could be About the role. But we need to decide.
We should not repeat the job title as a heading. So we can have About the role
containing position summary and maybe overview details. Then Responsibilities
with list. Skills
with list. Qualifications
with list (education and experience). Also maybe include location etc in About the role paragraph.
We must not include Pay/Benefits/Schedule sections because not present.
We must remove boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present.
We need to preserve all substantive information: The overview includes Business Title, Position Title, Division, Entity, Location, Reports to, FLSA, Hours Worked. Also Position Summary paragraph. Then Duties and Responsibilities list (many bullet-like sentences). Then Skills & Proficiencies list (many). Then Education And Experience (Bachelor's degree, experience, preferences). Also note "An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of above."
We need to convert bullet-like sentences into - . For duties, each sentence separated by line breaks? We'll split each line that starts with a capital verb? We'll just treat each sentence as a list item.
Similarly for skills.
We must not invent or summarize away detail. Keep all details.

We need to format preferences as list items under Qualifications maybe.
Now About the role: include overview details: Business Title: Full Stack Software Engineer II, Position Title: Software Engineer II, Division: Consumer Products Services, Entity: ATL, Location: Indianapolis, IN, Reports to: LEM Lab Manager, FLSA: Non-exempt, Hours Worked: Typically, [Monday through Friday, forty-hours per week.] However, must be flexible to meet the needs of the department and complete other projects as assigned.
We should preserve that exactly. Could be a paragraph.
