Full-stack Software Engineer (Fully remote - Up to $220k)

About the role

Fully remote role open to candidates in the US, Canada, Europe, UK, Brazil, and LATAM. Full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Own the full stack from data processing and ingestion to core logic and UI.
• Lead product direction and roadmap based on customer feedback and needs.
• Apply AI effectively to real-world use cases.
• Use data to understand what works, iterate quickly, and double down on wins.
• Iterate fast and ship with good velocity.

Requirements

• Proven track record of owning products end to end and shipping with good velocity.
• Stack agnostic; willing to pick up the team’s stack (Typescript, React) if needed.
• Experience in any of the following stacks: Rails, Elixir, Go, etc.
• Hands-on AI experience.
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations and move forward.
• Prior remote work experience.
• Strong product intuition.
• Open to candidates at any experience level, including new graduates.

Compensation and benefits

• Compensation: $160,000 to $220,000 per year with up to 1% equity.
• Unlimited PTO.
• Fully remote work arrangement.
• Remote setup support via B2B contract or Employer of Record (EOR).
