Full-Stack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build customer-facing product features with a UI-first approach using React and Next.js to deliver modern, performant experiences
• Implement and integrate backend APIs and microservices that power UI workflows and support reliable platform functionality
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to shape requirements into executable epics and lightweight prototypes
• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and team knowledge sharing
• Support operational excellence through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring practices, and incident response as needed
• Use AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code to accelerate delivery without requiring AI specialization

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience building and supporting production software in a professional engineering environment
• Strong hands-on experience with modern frontend development, including React, Next.js, or comparable UI frameworks
• Solid REST API integration skills with foundational knowledge of distributed systems and microservices patterns
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases within production application environments
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies across the software development lifecycle
• Comfort incorporating AI-assisted developer tools into daily coding workflows to improve delivery speed and output quality
