About the Role
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET (C#, APIs, backend services) and React (modern frontend frameworks).
Responsibilities
- Apply AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate development, including code generation, debugging, and documentation
- Integrate AI across the entire SDLC, from requirements and design to coding, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with an internal AI team to refine, validate, and pressure-test existing AI development frameworks
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, supporting iterative delivery and continuous alignment with stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong proficiency in .NET / C# / ASP.NET Core
- Strong proficiency in React / JavaScript / TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar
- Strong understanding of modern SDLC practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD)
