About the role
A Full Stack Python Engineer with 4–6 years of experience in Java and open-source technologies, responsible for designing and developing data processing pipelines, utilities, and enterprise-level applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop data processing pipelines and utilities using Python.
- Code in Java 21, Spring, Spring Boot, and build microservices using Spring JDBC, Spring Security, Spring Batch, and Spring Transaction Management.
- Develop high-performance, scalable applications using ReactJS, Java, and the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring Data, Spring Security).
- Build and maintain REST and SOAP APIs; work with JSON, JBOSS, Apache Tomcat, and WSDL.
- Incorporate SQL queries and OAUTH tokens within code.
- Use Jenkins, JIRA, Agile, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Maven, and Jenkins CI tools.
- Work with development tools and testing frameworks.
- Collaborate with Quality Engineers, Application Engineers, and Production Engineers to investigate, troubleshoot, resolve, and deploy fixes.
- Address application and code vulnerabilities.
- Handle and troubleshoot day-to-day operations; identify problems or known errors and perform root-cause analyses (RCAs).
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Java and open-source technologies.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ReactJS, Angular), and RDBMS databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Strong SQL database skills.
- Familiarity with XML, IntelliJ, Eclipse, cloud servers, and AWS.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with One App and One Data.
Pay
$110,000–$115,000 a year.
