Full Stack Project Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Project Lead Engineer to oversee and manage complex software development projects. The role involves leading a development team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality web applications using modern frameworks and technologies. The engineer will work closely with the CTO, plan new features, implement best coding practices, and utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full-stack development from conception to deployment.
• Define project requirements and deliver solutions in collaboration with teams.
• Oversee development, ensure projects meet scope, scope, and budget goals.
• Mentor developers, foster innovation, and make strategic decisions.
• Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in full-stack development, with 2+ years in leadership roles.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java.
• Experience with frameworks like React, Angular, Node.js, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Agile, Jira, and cloud platforms, especially AWS.
• At least 2+ years working with LLM, AI, and ML technologies.
• Proven ability to manage teams and make strategic high-impact decisions.
