Full Stack Product Counsel

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product legal strategies
• Serve as the primary legal counsel for product and engineering teams
• Cultivate relationships with various stakeholders from engineers to executives
• Contribute to an innovative culture by exploring ideas and identifying risks
• Implement tools and processes for efficiency and self-service capabilities
• Gain expertise in the company's autonomous drone technology

Qualifications

• JD and admission to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction
• 6+ years of in-house experience as a generalist or product counsel
• Experience with both hardware and software sectors
• Expertise in privacy, IP, compliance, and commercial transactions
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Exceptionally collaborative, with emphasis on building strong interdepartmental relationships
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and initiating problem-solving efforts
