Full Stack. NET Sr. Software Engineer

About the Role

CaptiveAire is seeking a software developer to work on its line‑of‑business applications, primarily the Sales and Factory software and related supporting services. The role focuses on building new features and maintaining the existing codebase. Development is managed with an internally hosted YouTrack instance and Confluence for documentation. Continuous Integration is handled via TeamCity, with internally hosted NuGet packages for build and dependency management, and Octopus Deploy for deployments to staging and production. Source code resides in an on‑premises GitHub Enterprise instance. This position is on‑site; remote work is not available.

Responsibilities

• Implement new feature requests and fix bugs in internal sales and manufacturing software.
• Improve application usability and simplify existing workflows.
• Ensure software aligns with defined requirements.
• Think critically and thoroughly about solution design.
• Continuously improve personal work and professional skills.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of continuous experience with C#.
• 5–10 years of experience using SQL Server, T‑SQL, or an equivalent relational database.
• Proficiency with .NET/.NET Core.
• Experience with Entity Framework or a similar ORM.
• Ability to work independently on medium to large projects, bootstrapping features from the ground up and navigating complex, custom in‑house systems.
