Role Description
UST is seeking an experienced Full Stack .NET / Cloud / DevOps Lead I - Software Engineering. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and implementing scalable enterprise applications, microservices, and modern observability platforms.
Opportunity
Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft technology stack. Architect and implement microservices-based solutions following cloud-native principles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment. Contribute to technical documentation and best practices using tools like Confluence. Drive improvements in application performance, scalability, and monitoring. Support cloud adoption strategies, including multi-tenancy and orchestration.
What You Need
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering
- Strong foundation in: Object-Oriented Analysis & Design (OOA/OOD), Design patterns, enterprise patterns, anti-patterns
- Proven experience in: Designing and deploying .NET-based application frameworks, Building microservices architectures
- Hands-on experience with PaaS platforms
- Strong knowledge of: MVC data binding concepts, Application performance monitoring tools
- Experience with: Version control systems (GitLab / Azure DevOps)
- Nice-to-Have / Exposure: Blue-green deployment strategies, Enterprise messaging platforms, Cloud cost optimization and cloud-agnostic design
Compensation
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

- Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
