Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of full-stack features and systems across frontend, backend, APIs, and supporting infrastructure.
- Translate business and product priorities into clear technical execution plans, milestones, and dependencies.
- Own architecture and implementation decisions with a strong balance of speed, flexibility, quality, and long-term maintainability.
- Work closely with iOS and Android teams to ensure backend and cross-platform dependencies are planned and delivered well.
- Write high-quality production code and raise the engineering bar through thoughtful code reviews and technical guidance.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, reliability issues, and release risks early.
- Improve development practices across testing, debugging, deployment readiness, monitoring, and post-release stability.
- Bring stronger ownership and execution discipline to projects, especially where requirements are evolving or ambiguous.
- Support faster experimentation and product iteration by building systems that can evolve cleanly.
- Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and mentoring from a technical leadership perspective.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience building and shipping full-stack products in a product-focused environment.
- Solid depth across web and backend systems, with the ability to drive end-to-end execution.
- Strong judgment on architecture, trade-offs, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Able to break down ambiguous product asks into practical and well-scoped technical plans.
- Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and mobile engineering.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities and high ownership expectations.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a bias toward action.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Web and backend systems become more reliable, easier to scale, and better aligned with product needs.
- Cross-platform execution improves, with fewer handoff issues across backend, web, iOS, and Android.

- The team operates with better technical discipline, accountability, and confidence in delivery.
