Full Stack Java Lead

Responsibilities

• Leads execution for a complex technical project.
• Oversees and leads a team of lead developers and senior developers.
• Overall monitoring and coordination of all the coding activities on the project.
• Develops prototypes and evaluates alternate technical alternatives.
• Structures the technical work for a medium to high complexity project.
• Establishes and communicates technical goals and direction for team.
• Acts as a source of direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of IT architecture principles.
• Collaborates with the architecture team in the design of systems and application programs.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and application architecture concepts.
