About the role

Lead the development of complex contact center software solutions impacting thousands of users. Design, develop, and deploy middleware to bridge system limitations and enhance functionality. Integrate systems such as Workday and Verint to optimize workforce management processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. Maintain and improve user interfaces to support long-term operational efficiency and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex contact center software solutions for large-scale user impact
• Design, develop, and deploy middleware to enhance system functionality
• Integrate systems such as Workday and Verint to optimize workforce management

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Java development
• Proficiency in Spring Boot, React, Microservices, Kafka, and cloud deployment environments
• Experience working in cloud environments and with contact center technology solutions
• Strong understanding of system integration, middleware development, and enterprise architecture
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to ask strategic questions to guide development
