About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Staff Full Stack Software Engineer (Web3) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure software solutions that incorporate Web3 functionalities. Your expertise will drive the integration of blockchain wallet connections, signing flows, and on-chain/off-chain interactions to facilitate real-world asset transactions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Engineering to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions. As a key contributor, you will lead large-scale technical initiatives, influence our product roadmap, and mentor junior engineers. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and operate production-grade Web3 systems utilized by real customers and assets at scale
- Own end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and on-chain components, leveraging your strengths
- Lead the design and implementation of complex workflows involving wallets, transactions, and orchestration processes
- Collaborate with product, design, and external teams to convert ambiguous requirements into robust technical solutions
- Enhance system reliability, security, and performance across distributed and on-chain components
- Mentor and guide other engineers, promoting best practices, architecture reviews, and technical excellence
- Influence the product roadmap and lead large-scale technical initiatives to maximize impact
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience as a Full-stack Web3 Engineer with a proven track record in production environments
- Strong proficiency in frontend frameworks such as TypeScript, React, and Redux
- Experience with backend services and APIs using C#, Node.js, Go, Java, or similar technologies
- Hands-on experience with Web3 building blocks including wallet integrations, dApp development, blockchain RPCs, and indexing
- Familiarity with on-chain and off-chain payment and settlement flows
- Knowledge of DeFi primitives such as DEXs, swaps, lending platforms, and trading systems
- Experience with smart contract development using Solidity
- Deep understanding of transaction lifecycle, including signing, submission, and execution with a security-first approach
- Strong fundamentals in building scalable, reliable, and observable distributed systems (monitoring, logging, tracing, performance)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
