Full-Stack Engineer (SF)

About the role

We are seeking talented software engineers to contribute to the development and scaling of a healthcare platform that simplifies shopping for various types of care. Our platform provides upfront cash and insurance prices for virtual and in-person visits, prescriptions, labs, imaging, and other services.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a seamless and beautiful consumer healthcare product
• Obsess over every detail of the patient experience
• Tackle complex operational challenges of delivering care at scale
• Write product requirements documents
• Write SQL to understand feature performance
• Own QA
• Operate in an environment of significant ambiguity
• Work closely with design, operations, and clinical stakeholders

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building web apps as a full-stack engineer
• Experience with modern infra tooling and programming languages
• Proficiency in a modern tech stack, though not necessarily the one we are using (AWS, Ruby on Rails, NextJS)

Pay

Compensation: Base is between $150,000 - $225,000 annually + equity

Schedule

We expect our team to work from the office a minimum of 3 days per week, and ideally 4 or 5.
