In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable digital platforms and AI-enabled solutions that support enterprise-wide initiatives. This position requires a combination of hands-on technical leadership and strategic vision to build secure, high-quality systems that meet evolving business needs. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into innovative solutions aligned with enterprise standards, governance, and modernization efforts. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in full stack development, cloud-native architecture, and AI/ML operations. You will serve as a technical leader, mentor engineering teams, and work directly with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of impactful solutions that improve operational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive IT experience, including senior-level software engineering on large-scale initiatives
• 2+ years of project or technical leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead design and development efforts with minimal supervision
• Experience building scalable web platforms, enterprise applications, and highly available web services
• Strong full stack engineering expertise in modern front-end and back-end technologies
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as TypeScript, Node.js, Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Vue.js, Angular, or similar
• Experience with React Native
• Knowledge of JSON, RESTful web services, client-server interactions, and microservices architecture
• Experience designing secure, scalable cloud-native systems, preferably on Azure or equivalent platforms
• Experience with infrastructure and security as code, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and orchestration tools like AKS
• Demonstrated experience with machine learning and AI development operations, including managing ML/AI pipelines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working within enterprise governance frameworks and cross-functional teams
• Able to adapt to incomplete and evolving requirements with sound judgment
• Experience with enterprise modernization initiatives and cloud onboarding processes

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture, solution design, and engineering vision for enterprise-critical platforms and AI-enabled applications
• Serve as a senior technical leader across all phases of software development, including front-end, back-end, database integrations, APIs, and hosting environments
• Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable, production-ready solutions by collaborating with business leaders and technology teams
• Drive discovery processes, workflow mapping, and evaluation of automation opportunities to define success metrics
• Design and prototype cloud-native and AI-enabled solutions, including system architecture, integrations, deployment patterns, and operational models
• Build and deploy production-grade applications, RESTful APIs, AI/ML pipelines, and distributed services following enterprise standards
• Lead by example through hands-on engineering across platform, backend, frontend, and mobile technologies
• Mentor and coach a team of high-performing engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement
• Review code, architecture decisions, and pull requests, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality standards
• Evaluate technical problems strategically and tactically, leveraging data structures and algorithms to determine optimal solutions
• Partner with senior business and functional leaders to define technical direction and support enterprise decision-making
• Collaborate with architecture, review, and governance teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and policies
• Support implementation of Cloud 3.0 and modernization patterns, including onboarding, deployment, troubleshooting, and security alignment
• Investigate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and best practices to enhance system speed, scalability, and maintainability
• Optimize existing systems based on stakeholder feedback and document workflows for operational support
• Contribute insights from delivery experiences to internal teams to improve reusable enterprise capabilities
