Full Stack Engineer – React & Node.js

About the role

You'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust internet banking applications, ensuring high-quality solutions that delight users. Collaborate with a team of experienced product leads, engineers, and QA specialists to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop robust internet banking applications using React, TailwindCSS, and Next.js or similar frameworks.
  • Work with a team to ensure applications are scalable, secure, and user-friendly.
  • Collaborate with product leads, engineers, and QA specialists to deliver digital solutions.
  • Implement automated testing using Jest, Playwright, or Cypress.
  • Ensure applications are responsive, cross-browser compatible, and integrate with APIs.
  • Deploy applications in containerized or cloud environments (Kubernetes preferred).
  • Write efficient and maintainable code following best practices in object-oriented analysis, design, and development.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Expertise in React, TailwindCSS, and Next.js or similar frameworks.
  • Solid experience with Node.js and web services (REST and SOAP).
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks like Jest, Playwright, or Cypress.
  • Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and API integration.
  • Hands-on experience with source control tools such as Git, and build/deployment automation (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Experience deploying applications in containerized or cloud environments (Kubernetes preferred).
  • Working knowledge of SQL queries and stored procedures is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented analysis, design, and development best practices.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, STEM fields, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on full stack development experience.
  • Financial services or banking industry experience.
  • Exposure to Dynatrace or similar application performance monitoring tools.
  • Experience with complex multi-tiered web applications.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Certifications in cloud platforms or web development frameworks are a plus.

Qualifications
