Full-Stack Engineer, Human Agent Tooling
Chime is a financial technology company focused on helping everyday Americans unlock their financial progress through user-friendly tools and intuitive platforms.
About the role
The Human Agent Tooling team builds the software Chime's support agents use every day to assist members. When a member's issue requires human intervention, our tools enable agents to understand the situation, take appropriate action, and resolve issues quickly and safely. This includes the agent workspace, case management, real-time member context systems, and access controls. Our mission is to make every human support interaction faster, safer, and more effective, measured by both agent efficiency and member satisfaction.
We're modernizing the agent experience, enhancing access controls, and improving integrations with other Chime systems. Collaboration with Product, Operations, and agents themselves shapes our vision for exceptional support tooling.
