About the Role

We are seeking a talented and innovative Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between complex algorithms and intuitive user interfaces, transforming dense revenue data into visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly applications. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end components and collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless experiences. You will play a key role in shaping the product’s interface, ensuring sophisticated revenue management tools are accessible and easy to use for our diverse customer base. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4+ years of full-stack development experience.
  • Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Next.js, and Typescript.
  • Proficiency in CSS, responsive design, and data visualization libraries like Highcharts, D3.js, or Recharts.
  • Solid understanding of backend patterns, preferably Ruby on Rails and Postgres.
  • Strong product sense with the ability to critique and improve UI/UX designs.
  • Experience working remotely, managing your own workload, and communicating asynchronously.
  • Ability to build scalable, reusable components that enhance team productivity.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, especially in micro-interactions and performance optimization.
  • Willingness to mentor colleagues and continuously learn new technologies and techniques.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations to help users analyze occupancy, revenue pacing, and market competitiveness.
  • Redesign core workflows to simplify complex revenue management settings, making them accessible to non-technical users.
  • Collaborate early with designers and product managers to prototype new features, ensuring technical feasibility and optimal user experience.
  • Make architectural decisions related to state management, data fetching, and performance to ensure a responsive and efficient application.
  • Implement micro-interactions, loading states, and polished UI elements to enhance product feel and usability.
  • Deploy code on a regular basis, contributing to the continuous delivery pipeline and celebrating team successes.
  • Mentor backend-leaning colleagues on front-end best practices while learning from their expertise in database optimization and backend architecture.
  • Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and planning to align development efforts with business goals.
