• AI Zealots — You don't just use AI tools, you geek out over them. You're all over coding agents and modern dev environments. You have shipped AI-enabled solutions and have guided coding agents to help you move faster.
• Customer Obsessed — There's no barrier between you and our users. You have strong product sense and think like a founder. You're comfortable jumping on customer calls, gathering feedback, and translating that directly into what you build.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience — we're looking for mid-career engineers who bring real-world judgment, not just technical skill
• Strong full stack development experience — Vite, TypeScript, React, Postgres, Lovable, Supabase (and more as we grow). You don't need deep expertise in every tool, but React and TypeScript should be in your toolkit.
• Experience building with AI/ML technologies (LLMs, vector databases, coding agents, etc.)
• Track record of shipping customer-facing products at user-forward, product-led companies — think Canva, Figma, or similar modern tools, not back-office infrastructure
• Product thinking and design sensibility
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration
