Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver a technical solution that meets the unique needs of our clients
- Create quality deliverables to communicate technical solutions to appropriate audiences
- Leverage CapTech’s internal programs and self-directed training to continually develop industry relevant knowledge and skills
- Understand and implement object-oriented design patterns
- Communicate effectively to team members with varying degrees of technical knowledge
- Provide technical mentoring
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining applications the Microsoft Stack OR Java
- Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, including API documentation with Swagger / OpenAPI
- Strong background in database design and development, including SQL Server and NoSQL technologies such as Azure OR AWS OR GCP
- Front-end development experience using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks/libraries such as Angular, React, or Vue, with working knowledge of UI frameworks like Bootstrap
- Experience with Agentic AI development: Developing agents and developing with agents
- Experience with a varied AI toolset: Claude code, CodeX, Opencode, OpenClaude
- Preferred experience with AI orchestration
- Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows
- Familiarity with multi-system integrations, distributed systems, and common enterprise integration challenges
- Solid understanding of application performance tuning, scalability, and optimization techniques
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts, designs, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
