We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule as appropriate. We must include only sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: description (What You'll Do) which could be Responsibilities. Also Basic Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications (these could be Requirements/Qualifications). Also mention of programming languages, tools (Skills). Also mention of salary ranges (Pay). Also mention of benefits (Benefits). Also schedule? Not mentioned. So we should not include Schedule. Also maybe "About the role" could be introductory paragraph before "What You'll Do". We'll need to parse content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodation, legal, etc. Also remove "Capital One will consider sponsoring..." maybe keep? It's about employment authorization; could be considered part of benefits? Not sure. It's not a benefit but maybe keep as part of description? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The sponsorship line is not exactly boilerplate but maybe it's okay to keep? It's about employment authorization; not a benefit. Could be considered part of "About the role"? Might be okay to keep as a short paragraph. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that line. We need to format using

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to decide sections: - About the role: maybe introductory paragraph: "Do you love building and pioneering...". That's prose. - Responsibilities: the "What You’ll Do:" bullet list (multiple items). We'll turn each bullet into

  • . - Requirements: could combine Basic Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications? But we need separate sections? The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could have "Qualifications" covering both basic and preferred? But they said use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we have both Requirements and Qualifications separate. Likely Requirements = basic qualifications, Qualifications = preferred qualifications. Or vice versa. We'll decide: Requirements = Basic Qualifications (must have). Qualifications = Preferred Qualifications (nice to have). Skills: list of programming languages, tools, etc. Benefits: mention of benefits paragraph. Pay: salary ranges. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual salary numbers, so Pay section is valid. Benefits: they mention "Capital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being. Learn more at the Capital One Careers website. Eligibility varies based on full or part-time status, exempt or non-exempt status, and management level." That's substantive enough for Benefits. We also have mention of performance based incentive compensation. Could be part of Benefits or Pay? Probably Benefits. We'll include Benefits section with that paragraph. Now we need to strip out boilerplate: EEO, accommodation, legal, etc. Also remove "No agencies please." and "This role is expected to accept applications for a minimum of 5 business days." That's application instruction; remove. Also remove "Capital One is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "Capital One promotes a drug-free workplace." etc. Also remove "Capital One will consider for employment qualified applicants with a criminal history..." etc. Also remove accommodation contact lines. Also remove "For technical support or questions..." etc. Also remove "Capital One does not provide, endorse nor guarantee..." etc. Also remove the note about entities in Canada/UK/Philippines. Also remove "Capital One Financial is made up..." etc. We need to preserve all substantive information: the description, responsibilities, qualifications, skills, benefits, pay. Now craft HTML. Structure:

Alternatively we could list as ul but it's a short list; but instruction: use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Skills is a list; we could do ul. Let's do ul.

      Skills

      • Java, Scala, Python, Go, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript
      • Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases
      • Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes
      • Variety of AWS tools and services

      Benefits

Capital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being. Eligibility varies based on full or part-time status, exempt or non-exempt status, and management level. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.

      Pay

      McLean, VA: $229,900 - $262,400 for Full-stack Engineer 5
      New York, NY: $250,800 - $286,200 for Full-stack Engineer 5
      Plano, TX: $209,000 - $238,500 for Full-stack Engineer 5
      Richmond, VA: $209,000 - $238,500 for Full-stack Engineer 5

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

      We should not include Schedule. Check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed EEO, accommodation, legal, etc. Also removed "Capital One will consider sponsoring a new qualified applicant for employment authorization for this position." That line is about sponsorship; is it substantive? It's about employment authorization; could be considered part of benefits or maybe a note. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that line. Where to place? Could be under Benefits or a separate note. Since it's about employment authorization, maybe under Benefits? But it's not a benefit; it's about visa sponsorship. Could be under "About the role" as a short sentence. Let's keep it as a separate paragraph under About the role after the intro. Add: "Capital One will consider sponsoring a new qualified applicant for employment authorization for this position." Thus About the role paragraph becomes two sentences? We'll make it a paragraph with that sentence included. Now ensure no duplicated lines. Check that we didn't include "Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations..." That's part of Pay section; we included a paraphrased version. Actually we included a sentence: "Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter." That's from the posting. Good. We also need to keep the line about "This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation..." which we included in Benefits. Now ensure we didn't inadvertently include any boilerplate like "Learn more at the Capital One Careers website." We kept that? We omitted "Learn more at the Capital One Careers website." That's maybe not essential but it's a reference; could be considered boilerplate? It's a link to learn more;
