What You’ll Be Doing

• Designs, develops, and codes new application features
• Debugs, tests, and troubleshoots application throughout the development process
• Modifies and codes software systems
• Analyzes potential problems and finds solutions to pressing issues
• Mentors other Software Engineers
• Participates in on-call rotation

What You’ll Bring

• At least four (4) to six (6) years of relevant software development experience (relating to marketplace/medium to large enterprises)
• Intermediate experience with a relevant programming language(e.g. Python, Javascript, Groovy, SQL, GitHub etc.)
• Effective problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
• Ability to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
• Ability to consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances
• Ability to adapt approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations
