Full Stack Development Intern

MeeBoss is sharing this active opportunity on behalf of Voushify, a company building a professional credibility platform that creates "Proof of Human Trust" through verified professional endorsements, structured vouches, and a proprietary credibility algorithm. The company is currently in the MVP development stage.

About the role

This role offers hands-on exposure to product development, technical architecture, and early-stage scaling decisions. You will work directly with the founder to help shape product architecture, database structure, scoring logic, and user interface experience. High-performing interns may transition into a Founding Engineer role, Technical Lead position, or receive equity participation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive user interfaces for user profile pages, vouch submission forms, activity feeds, and recruiter dashboards.
• Implement clean, modern UI components and ensure mobile responsiveness using Figma or design mockups.
• Design and implement database schemas for users, vouches, and confidence scoring variables.
• Build API endpoints for vouch creation, profile rendering, and score calculation logic.
• Implement authentication and role-based permissions.
• Help design and implement weighted scoring models, relationship strength indicators, and fraud prevention flags.
• Assist with infrastructure tasks including email integration, cloud hosting setup, database setup, and basic CI/CD workflows.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of full stack development fundamentals.
• Experience with at least one modern stack (e.g., MERN, Next.js, Django + React).
• Knowledge of REST APIs and database modeling.
• Basic understanding of authentication and security principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building SaaS or startup products.
• Familiarity with APIs and scoring algorithms or ranking systems.
• Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals.
• Startup mindset with comfort for ambiguity.
