Role Summary
We're hiring a US-based Full Stack Website Developer to build, optimize, and maintain websites and CRM systems across multiple platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can deliver high-quality work with urgency and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end website and CRM development projects, ensuring builds are completed on time, functional, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals.
- Handle full-cycle website and CRM builds from planning through launch.
- Troubleshoot bugs, technical issues, and integration challenges quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication on progress, blockers, timelines, and deliverables.
Requirements
- Must-Haves:
- Based in the United States
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, Website Developer, or similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot, and HighLevel
- Demonstrated ability to manage both website development and CRM-related builds
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality website and/or CRM projects
- Excellent sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Strong eye for detail, functionality, and user experience
- Comfortable working in the EST timezone
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Nice to Have:
- Experience working across both website and CRM development in the same role
- Familiarity with marketing automation, lead capture systems, and CRM workflows
- Experience supporting high-growth or well-established businesses with digital infrastructure
- Ability to recommend process improvements and best practices for web and CRM builds
