About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting custom software solutions that enhance business operations and facilitate organizational growth. You will work across the entire software development lifecycle, contributing to both front-end and back-end systems. Collaboration with stakeholders and senior technical leaders will be essential to deliver high-quality, scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building modern web applications, solving complex business problems through technology, and leveraging emerging AI tools and methodologies to improve development efficiency and software quality. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work within a distributed workforce environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience building full-stack web applications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks and TypeScript, specifically Vue 3, PrimeVue, or React/Angular
• Experience with back-end development using ASP.NET Core 8 / C# with Entity Framework Core or equivalent languages such as Java, Node/TypeScript, or Go
• Strong SQL skills, with the ability to write and interpret complex queries and optimize performance
• Experience with Git-based source control, pull requests, and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with sound judgment for clarifying requirements before development

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom software solutions aligned with business and operational needs
• Contribute to both front-end and back-end application development using modern technologies and frameworks
• Participate in solution design discussions and collaborate with senior developers on architectural decisions
• Develop and maintain integrations, APIs, and data workflows to support business processes and system interoperability
• Utilize agentic AI tools and methodologies to accelerate development, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation efforts
• Identify opportunities to enhance development efficiency through AI-assisted coding and automation
• Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications for continuous improvement
• Maintain and support existing software applications, diagnosing and resolving defects and performance issues
• Participate in modernization initiatives to optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that facilitates future development and support
• Engage in code reviews and testing to ensure high-quality, reliable software delivery
• Adhere to established security practices and deployment procedures, especially when handling sensitive employee data
