You will own our core platforms end to end: the Admin Portal, Case Management System, and Client Portal — understanding the existing codebase, keeping it running reliably, and building the next set of features that take it forward.Key ResponsibilitiesWork on and maintain the Hasan Legal Admin Portal, Case Management System, and Client PortalUnderstand the existing system, codebase, and workflows, and take the platform forwardDevelop new features and improve existing functionalityIdentify and fix technical issues faced by employeesTroubleshoot bugs and maintain system performance and reliabilityWork with modern development tools, technologies, and AI-assisted coding toolsStay current with contemporary coding practices and technologiesCollaborate with the team on ongoing technical and development requirementsWorking HoursFlexible working hoursAt least half of your working hours must overlap with U.S. employees' working hours (9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST)During high-priority periods or urgent situations, you may occasionally be required to work extended hoursAdditional hours will be compensated as overtimeRequirementsMore than 1 year of professional experience in full-stack developmentStrong understanding of both frontend and backend developmentAbility to understand and work within an existing codebaseStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsExperience with modern development frameworks, tools, and technologiesComfortable using AI coding tools and other contemporary development technologiesAbility to work independently in a remote environmentGood communication and time-management skillsCompensationSalary: NegotiableOvertime compensation applies for approved extended working hoursHow to ApplySend your resume and a short note about why this role interests you.
