Full-Stack Developer (.NET)
FinanceKey is building the infrastructure for programmable treasury. Our real-time treasury platform helps CFOs, treasurers and enterprise finance teams automate liquidity, payments, forecasting and cash management workflows across banks, ERPs, and financial systems. By replacing fragmented processes and batch-based tooling with real-time APIs and AI-powered automation, FinanceKey enables treasury teams to move from reactive reporting to continuous decision-making and execution.
About the role
We are hiring an Associate Solutions Sales, Nordics, to support and accelerate our growth across Finland, Sweden, Denmark, and Norway. This is a hybrid commercial and product-facing role where you will:
- Build pipeline through outbound outreach and qualification
- Support and learn enterprise sales motion
- Become a deep product and domain expert in FinanceKey
You will work closely with senior sales, product, and customer teams, gaining hands-on experience in how complex treasury solutions are sold to enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
- Support the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to deal support, with a strong focus on building and enhancing automation of the end-to-end sales process leveraging AI
- Drive pipeline generation through structured outbound outreach, account research, and qualification of new opportunities
- Engage with CFOs, Group Treasurers, Finance teams, and IT stakeholders in early-stage conversations to understand:
- Treasury and payment processes
- Cash visibility challenges
- Bank connectivity and integrations
- Develop a strong understanding of FinanceKey’s platform and become a product expert by:
- Supporting and gradually leading product demos
- Participating in customer workshops and solution discussions
- Translate customer needs into clear solution concepts and business value
- Assist in building business cases around real-time treasury, operational efficiency, and automation
- Support proposals, RFPs, and deal execution together with senior sales, leadership, and founders
- Maintain disciplined CRM usage, pipeline tracking, and follow-ups
- Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and leadership
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in SaaS, fintech, consulting, finance, or a related field
- Strong interest in enterprise sales, fintech, and financial operations
- Ability to combine analytical thinking with a commercial mindset
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Curiosity to learn:
- Treasury, cash management, and payment processes
- Bank connectivity and APIs
- ERP integrations and financial workflows
- AI tooling and building agents to automate sales tasks
- Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is a must; Nordic language skills are a strong advantage
