Full Stack Developer (Multiple Levels)

Responsibilities

Nobilis is seeking a Full-Stack Developer with demonstrated experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) applications to support the Department of War (DoW). Active Secret clearance is preferred; candidates must be eligible for a DoW Secret clearance. This is a remote position supporting a senior-level Federal client based in Washington, D.C. and may require up to 25% travel to support DoW program activities.

• Supporting automated summaries, recommendations, and technology discovery.
• Built a secure, scalable dashboard for the Department of War (DoW) Sustainable Technology Evaluation and Demonstration (STED) Program.
• Integrated APIs, data streams, and automated pipelines for real-time data ingestion and processing.
• Supported technology tracking, Test & Evaluation (T&E) data, and stakeholder inputs through backend services and data models.
• Created responsive, interactive UI elements using modern frameworks for front-end components.
• Developed data visualizations to display technology performance, needs, and analytics.
• Designed and coded media-rich components enabling images, videos, documents, and multimedia content.
• Participated in sprints, reviews, and iterative refinement processes to support Agile development.
• Implemented secure, CAC-enabled access by implementing authentication and role-based access controls.
• Build and maintained automation pipelines by building and maintaining configuration files, branching and merging strategies, and artifact repositories.

Required Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Active Secret clearance is strongly preferred.
• Experience developing full-stack web applications.
• Experience with backend frameworks (Python, Node.js, Django, Flask, FastAPI, etc.).
• Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD platforms (jFrog, GitHub, etc.).
• Experience with real-time data processing.
• Experience with data visualization libraries.
• Experience with secure cloud environments.
• Experience supporting Agile development.
• Experience with LLM based development (Claude, AWS, etc.).
