About The Role

Build the digital products of tomorrow as a Full Stack Developer Intern at UR Technology. This 3 to 6 months high-intensity program immerses you directly into enterprise application development—covering modern React/Next.js frontends, scalable Node.js microservices, and PostgreSQL database architecture.

Stage 1 — The Internship Accelerator

Duration: 3 - 6 Months (Full Immersion). Nature: 100% Practical Training & Real-World Project Experience. Stipend: No stipend (Skill Building & Portfolio Growth). Guidance: Dedicated 1-on-1 Senior Tech Supervisor & Mentor. Evaluation: Regular performance evaluations & active feedback. Certificate: Official Internship Completion Certificate on satisfactory completion.

Stage 2 — Full-Time Career Offer

Fast-Track Permanent Employment Pathway. We cultivate our future engineering & business leaders! Upon completing Stage 1, top-performing interns who exhibit technical mastery, discipline, and strong output are evaluated for full-time employment offers at UR Technology.

Evaluation Criteria: Overall performance, technical/professional skills, attendance, learning ability, discipline, project contribution, and business requirements. Such employment, if offered, will be subject to a separate employment/offer letter containing the applicable position, salary, benefits, terms and conditions. Completion of the internship does not guarantee permanent employment.

What You'll Do

• Build full-stack web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript on the frontend.
• Develop secure server-side RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and Express.
• Design database models, write SQL queries, and manage ORMs using Prisma and PostgreSQL.
• Integrate authentication, authorization, and third-party API services into active web systems.
• Participate in sprint planning, peer code reviews, and bug resolution under mentor supervision.

What We're Looking For

• Pursuing or completed degree in CS, IT, or equivalent bootcamps.
• Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
• Basic understanding of SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Git version control and GitHub workflows.
